validity. Terms and Conditions Please arrive at the LivingWell Health Club 5 minutes prior to your
treatment time. All upgrade treatments are charged at the time of reserving your
booking over the telephone either by credit or debit card and any
cancellation of an upgrade treatment must be made within 24 hours by
calling 0118 9790199 to receive a full refund of the extra upgrade
charge. If a therapist is not available to take your call please leave a
message on the answering machine and we will call you back to arrange
this. Your included treatment must be within the duration of your stay and
if you miss your appointment, unfortunately we cannot reschedule. |
